It’s a rare thing indeed that 150 paying guests at a fundraiser uniformly praise the food — yet for two straight years Surbhi’s cooking produced that exact result.  Her food is inventive, but always delicious; full of flavors, but never too wild for a wide range of palates.  Plus Surbhi always goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience — she truly cares.
